Enjoy your event knowing a certified lifeguard is dedicated to monitoring the pool and swimmers. Every BRAVO Swimming lifeguard is certified and assigned based on the size and layout of your event, so your guests can focus on having a good time.
Travel fees are based on the distance to your event location. Please provide the full event address, including ZIP code, so any applicable travel fee can be included in your quote before your booking is confirmed.

Lifeguard services are intended to help reduce the risk of aquatic accidents and emergencies but cannot prevent or guarantee against all injuries, accidents, or other incidents. Parents and guardians remain responsible for appropriate supervision and behavior of their children and guests. The presence of a lifeguard does not replace appropriate parental or guardian supervision. Aquatic activities involve inherent risks, and BRAVO Swimming does not guarantee that an accident, injury, or emergency will not occur.
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. Your booking is confirmed only after BRAVO Swimming confirms staffing and required payment is received.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund of the lifeguard service fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable. The $30 Booking & Coordination Fee and any costs already incurred specifically for the booking are non-refundable.
Lifeguards will advise the host when weather conditions, including lightning, thunderstorms, or other severe weather, make it unsafe to continue aquatic activities. The host is responsible for deciding whether to close the pool or aquatic area to guests. However, a BRAVO Swimming lifeguard is not required to remain on the pool deck or at an assigned post when the lifeguard determines that weather conditions create a risk to their personal safety. The lifeguard may move to a safe location and return to the assigned post when conditions are considered safe. Weather-related interruptions or an early ending of aquatic activities do not extend the scheduled service time and do not qualify for a refund or reduction of the service fee.
$60/hour per lifeguard • 3-hour minimum • 1 lifeguard per 20 swimmers
