Rates

  • $60/hour per lifeguard
  • 3-hour minimum
  • 1 lifeguard per 20 swimmers

Fees

  • $30 Booking & Coordination Fee
  • $30 Rush Fee for requests made less than 72 hours before the event
  • Travel fee may apply depending on location
  • Parking, valet, and access fees are the client’s responsibility
$30 Booking & Coordination Fee — covers event scheduling, lifeguard assignment, certification verification, client coordination, and administrative processing.
Large events and events requiring multiple lifeguards may require additional staffing. Contact us for availability and pricing.

Travel Fee

Travel fees depend on distance. Include your full event address and ZIP code so we can quote any travel fee before confirming your booking.

Parking & Access

The client is responsible for any parking, valet, garage, or required access fees incurred by the lifeguard(s) at the event location. If parking is not complimentary, the applicable cost will be added to the invoice or reimbursed by the client.

Submitting this request does not guarantee lifeguard availability or confirm your booking. BRAVO Swimming will review the request, confirm staffing, and send you an invoice. Your booking is confirmed only after BRAVO Swimming confirms availability and required payment is received.

Policies

Safety Acknowledgment

Aquatic activities carry inherent risks. Lifeguards help reduce those risks but cannot guarantee against injuries, accidents, or emergencies. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children and guests and their behavior; a lifeguard does not replace that supervision.

Booking Confirmation

Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. Your booking is confirmed only after BRAVO Swimming confirms staffing and required payment is received.

Cancellation

Cancel at least 24 hours before the start time for a refund of the lifeguard service fee. With less than 24 hours’ notice, that fee is non-refundable. The $30 Booking & Coordination Fee and costs already incurred specifically for your booking are non-refundable.

Weather During the Event

Lifeguards advise the host when lightning, thunderstorms, or other severe weather makes aquatic activities unsafe. The host decides whether to close the pool or aquatic area to guests. Lifeguards may leave the deck or their post if they consider it unsafe, and return when conditions are safe. Weather interruptions or an early end do not extend service time or qualify for a refund or fee reduction.
