Empowering Athlete Development In and Out of the Water

Option 1 · Ages 5–12

Bravo Summer Camp

Full-day camp · Monday–Friday · 9 AM – 3 PM

$375/week

A fun and active full-day camp designed for children who enjoy swimming, sports, and interactive activities in a structured environment.

Includes:

  • Daily swim instruction
  • Water safety development
  • Sports and games
  • Team activities & creative challenges
  • Supervised transportation to swim facility
  • Basketball, martial arts & mental performance
Schedule Monday–Friday · 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Optional Extended Care: 3:00–6:00 PM · $180/wk

Swim Clinics

Short, focused swim training sessions

$140/week

Perfect for swimmers who want to improve technique and consistency during the summer without attending full-day camp.

Includes:

  • Technical swim instruction
  • Stroke development
  • Endurance training
  • Skill progression
Sessions (Monday–Friday) Morning: 10:00 AM – 10:40 AM

Competitive experience · No membership required

Ideal for swimmers looking for short-term competitive training without committing to full membership.

Training Sessions:

9 weeks of progressive training — each week focuses on a specific performance theme building toward complete race execution.

  • 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Dryland & swimming workouts
  • 12:00 PM: Lunch
  • 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Partner activities (Basketball, martial arts, mental performance)
  • 3:00 PM: Check-out (Day Campers)
  • 3:00 – 6:00 PM: Optional Extended Care

*Video games are NOT allowed! Cell phone use is permitted only after the camp day has ended. Campers will always be fully supervised by counselors.

Swimmers will go through a 9-week progressive training system designed to build speed, efficiency, and race performance through focused technical development each week. Every clinic emphasizes a specific performance theme that connects directly to competitive swimming skills.
